Check air flow/ energy audit/ duct inspection/ verify coolant (freon)/ wash and clean condenser/ verify voltage/ check circuit breaker mega ohm compressor/ verify safety/ motor amp draws/ check and clear condensation drain/ verify thermostat calibration/ check main starting component/ standard 1" filter

"Plumbing Safety" Inspection Includes, Visit #3:  

Verify water pressure/ check fro leaks/ verify drains are flowing/ water heater safety verification ((drain, teperature relief valve venting)/ hot water delivery rate/ emergency shutoff operation.
